Orders are prepared and dispatched from our partner warehouse in China. Typical delivery is 10–20 business days depending on your country. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you. Normal wear from a determined chewer is not a defect, so do ask us before ordering if a toy is right for your dog.
